The Logic Factory announces Roel van den Broek as CEO
‘s-HERTOGENBOSCH, The Netherlands – May 23, 2024 – The Logic Factory is pleased to announce the appointment of Roel van den Broek as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. The leadership transition follows Marjolijn te Velthuis’s decision to step down from the role.
Roel van den Broek is exceptionally qualified to transition to CEO, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in strategic consulting and driving revenue growth. Stepping up from his previous role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a remarkable track record of leveraging AI technologies to expand market share and enhance customer engagement, he is poised to propel the company to new heights with innovative solutions. Having joined The Logic Factory as a Business Consultant more than fifteen years ago, Roel has a deep understanding of the challenges of modern supply chains and extensive knowledge of how existing and emerging technologies can support in successfully navigating the complexities.
As CEO, and formerly Chief Operating Officer (COO), Marjolijn’s emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction propelled the team to expand to over 100 employees worldwide. Marjolijn remarks on her departure:

I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together, but after more than six years, it’s time for me to chart a new course. Jonathan joined The Logic Factory in January 2024 as Managing Director for North America, where he oversees regional operations and drives business growth. With over two decades of leadership in executive management and consulting, Jonathan harnesses his deep expertise in global information systems and corporate IT/IS strategies to deliver lasting value to customers. A firm believer in the power of collaboration, his approach marries technical savvy with strategic vision, using shared experiences and joint efforts to deliver solutions that lead to operational excellence. Prior to joining TLF, he held pivotal roles at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Andersen Consulting, tailoring solutions for Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors including manufacturing, life sciences, and high tech.
Joyce van der Zanden-Lankhaar: Europe
Joyce steps up to Managing Director for Europe after progressing through various roles within the delivery organization over the last five years. She brings vitality, enthusiasm, and high energy to the team. With a Bachelor of Education, Joyce initially aimed to teach, yet found her true calling in client and project management, where she has proven herself incredibly goal-oriented and dedicated. Known for her operational discipline and commitment, she effectively balances being a straight-talker and a finisher, adept at cutting through noise to focus on delivering results. Her strong sense of purpose and commitment, coupled with her direct yet kind approach, make her a valuable team player, a respected leader, and an exceptional customer advocate.
Rudi de Loor: India
Rudi steps up from his role as Global Delivery Director to Managing Director for India. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and prior to joining TLF in 2011 as a Business Consultant, led planning and logistics operations in various industries, including metals, pharmaceuticals, and food manufacturing. His experience in supply chain planning, coupled with strategic vision and focus on value, enables him to support customers in moving from reactive to proactive planning. He is renowned for his direct communication style and humor, qualities that, along with his operations background and change management experience, make him a trusted advisor for customers and a strong coach for our colleagues.
