APPLUS RTD: NDT, INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION

Applus RTD Group provides a wide range of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services and inspections, from pipeline testing, on-stream monitoring and scanning, to detail inspection, data management, and integrity management.

DELMIA Quintiq is helping Applus RTD get the most out of its employees. The new DELMIA Quintiq planning system tracks specific factors such as employee certification, client needs, required material, government regulations on the use of radiation technology, and working time regulations. Applus RTD has gone operational with an updated and migrated FORWARD RTD for planning (personnel & equipment) resources on jobs, ensuring that the person with the correct skills and equipment is available.

Thanks to DELMIA Quintiq’s decision support capabilities and real-time planning environment, Applus RTD can now respond effectively to planning disruptions. Applus RTD has managed to free up 20% of its equipment capacity, allowing a planned investment in new equipment to be postponed. Today, Applus RTD is ready to improve performance and effectiveness in future projects. This project was the first joint success between Applus RTD and The Logic Factory.
